William Edward Jemison

William Edward Jemison, 78, of St. Marys passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family on June 21, 2020. He was born July 13, 1941 in Pleasants Co., WV and was the son of the late Clarence Jemison and Alfretta Cronin Jemison Huggins. William was retired from Monongahela Power Company where he was a Coal Handler Supervisor and was also a Methodist Minister. He enjoyed fishing, preaching and spending time with his family. Left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife, Louwannah Sigler Jemison; one son, Scot Jemison (Holly) both of St. Marys; eight grandchildren, Heather (Mike), Nikki (Guy), Derek (Justin), Marly, Tiffany, Jimmy (Jenna), Whitney and Greg; 16 great grandchildren; two sisters, Joan Higgins (Ralph) of St. Marys and Sue Smittle of Vienna. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two children, Lonah Colleen Williams Cummons and Mark Anthony Jemison. There will be no services at this time but the family does intend to have something at a later date due to the current health conditions.
