William "Billy" C. Barber Ii

William “Billy” Clearance Barber II, of St. Albans, West Virginia passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2023. He was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a son of William “Sonny” Clearance Barber and Donna Sharp Barber.

Billy was a loving husband, father, son, uncle and friend. He loved his dogs, music, and cars. He was very entertaining whether he was breakdancing, rapping, singing, or just making people laugh.

He is survived by his wife Tiffani; parents, Sonny and Donna; children, Drew, Brandon, and Clearance; stepchildren, Jennifer and Shawn; grandkids, Kaelyn, Hayden, Bentley, and Derese; sisters, Leanne, Candy and Angel; brothers, Aaron and Chris; Grandma, Dailey; nieces, Kashira, Maranda, and Haeylee; nephew, Kyle; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, great-nephews and so many friends.

A Celebration of Billy’s life will be held at the convenience of his family at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to help with final expenses is requested. Donations may be made directly to the funeral home.
