Susan Louise Zipf

Susan Louise Zipf, 59, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at her residence. Susan was born November 9, 1956 at Marietta, Ohio, a daughter of the late George E. and Mary Josephine Hayes Zipf.Her early years were spent in the St. Marys, W.Va. area and during the high school years, the family moved to Arizona. She had been an employee of the Motorola Corp. in Arizona and was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, St. Marys and attended services at Trinity Episcopal Church, Parkersburg.Susan was fluent in several languages and was an accomplished guitarist.She was fond of all pets, but especially loved cats. She is survived by a brother, George Allan Zipf of Parkersburg; a sister, Katherine Ann Dennison of Chandler, Ariz. and two nephews John Dennison and Michael Dennison. A memorial service will be held at a later date.The Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg, W.Va. is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
