Stephen Ray Allen

Steve Allen, 68, of Washington, WV passed away October 1, 2018 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.He was born December 26, 1949 to Marian Parker Allen and the late Ray Allen.He was Owner of S&L Body Shop in Washington, WV and had worked for the Wood County Board of Education as a Food Service truck driver.He was also a member of Fairview United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Lois Wells Allen and one son, Louis Allen, two brothers Larry (Angie) Allen of Parkersburg and Scott (Nel) Allen of Vienna, three sisters, Diane Workman of Parkersburg, Pam (Bob) Blue of Lubeck and Connie (Scott) Marion of Belpre, OH. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by brothers, Chad and Mike Allen. A Celebration of Life will be held at a late date at the convenience of the family.There will be no visitation.
