Stephanie J. Cooper

Stephanie Jean Cooper, 43, of Belpre, Ohio passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the Camden Clark Medical Center, Parkersburg, W.Va. Stephanie was born December 20, 1971 at Marietta, Ohio, a daughter of George E. Baumgartner of Marietta and the late Martha Johnson. Stephanie was a server at the Belpre McDonald's Restaurant. In addition to her father, she is survived by a brother, Mike Baumgartner of Franklin, Kentucky. Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother and a daughter, Piper. There will be no visitation or services.The Vaughan Funeral Home and Crematory, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
