Scottie Lockhart

Scottie D. Lockhart, 47, of Washington Street, Elizabeth, WV, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020 after an extended illness.He was born inParkersburg on March 25, 1973 a son of Salvina (Lockhart) Waggoner of Walkerton, NC and the late Ernest D. Collins Jr. Scottie was formerly in the timbering business. He is survived by a daughter, Jamie Wine of Wirt County; one son, Scottie D. Lockhart of Ravenswood; one brother, Stanley Lockhart of Elizabeth; uncle, Dallas Lockhart and two grandchildren, Timothy Joel Rexroad and Nevaeh Layne Rexroad.Preceding Scottie in death were two brothers, John and Randall Lockhart. Scottie's wishes were to be cremated.The Vaughan funeral Home, Parkersburg assisted the family with services.
