Samuel Jarrett Nay

Samuel Jarrett Nay, 60, Belpre Ohio died February 25, 2021 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born April 19, 1960 at William Beaumont Army Hospital in El Paso, Texas to Brenda Beth Nay and the late Jarrett Nay.Sam was a 1978 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and retired from Vadakin Inc. in Marietta, Ohio. "Captain" Sam owned and lived on the boat "The Redneck" which docked at Joe Skinner Road near Belpre on the Ohio River. Sam is survived by his wife, Luanne Lowers-Nay; mother, Beth Nay; daughter, Victoria Nay; granddaughter, Cayley Nay; and sisters Sara McVey and Suzanne Nay. Kimes funeral home is providing cremation services. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
