Ruth Ellen Nelson

Ruth Ellen Nelson passed away Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Ravenswood Village Nursing Home. She was born February 20, 1941 in Jackson County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Russell Maple and Juanita (Ables) Maple Crow. Ruth is survived by her daughter, Joyce Bonnett; son, Randall Nelson (Mary); grandchildren, Jason Bonnett, James Bonnett, Nicole Nelson Miller (Gary), and Toni Nelson; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Earnest Nelson; brother, Robert Maple; sisters-in-law Lucille Maple and Edith Nelson; and son-in-law, Larry Bonnett.
