Ruth M. Bennett, 89, formerly of Vienna, W.Va., passed away Oct. 14, 2018, at Ohio Valley Health Care. She has requested there be no visitation or funeral service. A private burial will take place. Kimes Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
