Rodger Arlis Pierce

Rodger Arlis Pierce, 81, a resident of Townville, South Carolina, and husband of the late Ellen Langford Pierce, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Born in Rockport, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Harold Pierce and Oddie Bibbee Pierce.

Rodger was a retired insurance agent, an avid fisherman, and he was a Mason.

Survivors include one son, Scott Pierce and his sons, Dylan Pierce and Mason Pierce; and one daughter, Diana Pierce and her sons, Jacob Hudson, Donovan Prickett, and Samuel Prickett.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Pond Creek Cemetery, Belleville, West Virginia. The Pierce family will receive friends 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2025, evening at the funeral home.
