ROBERT O. THOMAS Robert O. Thomas, 76, of Belpre, Ohio passed away July 18, 2018 in a motorcycle accident at Stockport, Ohio.He was born August 31, 1941 in Marietta, Ohio to the late Chester and Francis Carpenter Thomas.He was a Retired Technician for G. E., a member of the Belpre Masonic Lodge, and enjoyed motorcycles, travel, cooking and shooting sports. He is survived by his son, Brian (Kari) Thomas of Casar, NC, two grandchildren, Paige and Eric Thomas, three brothers, Joe (Linda) Thomas of Marietta, OH,Frank (Shirley) Thomas of Vienna, WV, and Ross (Deborah) Thomas of Marietta, OH, special companion, Connie Prescher. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Jon Moorefield Thomas. Friends and Family are invited to attend the Masonic Service on Monday, July 23, 2018 at 8 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg, WV.A Gathering of Friends and Family will also be on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
