Robert William Gragg, Sr.

Robert William Gragg, Sr., 92, of Parkersburg, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center.

He was born in Parkersburg, a son of the late Brown and Ethel Rice Gragg.

Robert was a United States Navy Veteran having served during the Korean War. After his service, he worked as a glass worker for Universal Glass and a driver for Larry Simmons.

Robert enjoyed reading and feeding squirrels.

His memory will be carried in the hearts of his son, Robert Gragg Jr.; sister, Jean Tackett; special friend, Lois Milhoan; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn Virginia Hofawger Gragg; two sisters, Louise Patterson and June Gragg; and brother, Junior Gragg.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home. Interment with Military Honors by Post #15 will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. The Gragg family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. to service time at the funeral home.
