Richard Andrew Loy, 56, of Parkersburg, WV passed away March 18, 2018 at his residence.He was born August 30, 1961 in Parkersburg to the late Elva G. Loy.He was employed at Bob Evans as a Cook, was a Farmer and had worked at a Tire Shop in Parkersburg.He was a History Buff, loved fishing, being around people and he never met a stranger. He is survived by one brother, Harold (Robin) Loy of Charleston, WV and a niece, Brittany Loy. Friends and Family are invited to the Funeral Service on Friday, March 23, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Evangelist John Rockhold officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery.Visitation will also be on Friday, March 23, 2018 from 10 a. m. to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
