Retha Kay Elliott

Retha Kay Elliott, 64, of Parkersburg passed away at Parkersburg Care and Rehabilitation Center on July 13, 2017.She was born April 16, 1953 in Braxton County, WV to the late Charles Lee and Celesta Jarvis Fox.She enjoyed doing crosswords and was a homemaker. She is survived by two sons, Michael Brent (Nicole) Elliott of Waverly, WV and Steven Wayne Elliott of Davisville, WV, one daughter, Karen Dianne Sampson of, six grandchildren, Gavin and Evan Elliott, Sierra and Dylan Sampson and Ella and Zac Elliott, one brother, Roger Allen Fox of Wirt County, WV and one sister, Joy Lynn (John) Roberts of. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by one brother, David Lee Fox. Friends and Family are invited to attend the funeral service on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Evangelist John Rockhold, III officiating.Burial will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery.Visitation will also be on Tuesday from 11 am to 1 pm at the funeral home.
