Phillip William Kemp

Phillip (Phill) Kemp formerly of Parkersburg passed away in Columbus on Saturday, March 2 2019. He was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA and graduated from Crestwood High School in 1982. He previously was an instructor at WVU-P and owned his own balloon creation business for several years. Phill is survived by his two daughters Madison and Caitlynn, and his wife Valetta, all of Vienna, as well as several cousins.He was preceded in death by both parents. There will be a memorial at a later date. A Go Fund Me account has been set up for the family to help with his final expenses.
