Patricia Ann Lipscomb

Patricia Ann Lipscomb, 70, of St. Marys, WV passed away October 11, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born March 26, 1947 in Parkersburg to the late Everette and Amanda Reip Roach. She was a homemaker and a member of the American Legion Post #15. She is survived by her husband, Roger Lipscomb, two sons, Robert (Sena) Lipscomb and Richard (Heather) Lipscomb, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, three sisters, Wanda Dawkins of Peachtree City, Georgia, Wilma Summerfield of Hubband, Ohio and Wilda Caplinger of West Lafayette, Ohio. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters, Helen Brownsward, Mabel Harper, Violet Kemp, Betty Dailey and brothers, Thomas and Billy Roach.
