Patricia Ann Bennett

Patricia Ann Bennett, 79, of Davisville, WV passed away at her home on January 3, 2017.She was born May 9, 1937 in Wood County to the late John Thomas and Camilla Pearl Smith McKitrick.She worked at St. Joseph’s Hospital in housekeeping for over 30 years.She was a past member of the Eagles and VFW, enjoyed bingo and playing scratch-offs and was a Baptist by Faith. She is survived by two sons, Michael A. (Mary) Bennett of Belpre, Ohio, Jeffrey W. Bennett of Las Vegas, Nevada, one daughter, Deborah L. Mezick of Davisville, 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, and one son-in-law, Willard True of Davisville, WV. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William H. Bennett, Jr., one daughter, Vickie Sue True, one brother, Donald L. McKitrick, one sister, Blondena “Nene” Stribling, one great-great grandson, Brantley Cales, and her very best friend, Ada Weaver. Friends and Family are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Rev. Randall Fuson officiating.Burial will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery.Visitation will be on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 1p.m. to3p.m. and 5p.m. to 7 p.m.
