Ogden Kelsey Buckley, 93, of Belleville, WV passed away January 26, 2017 at Camden Clark Medical Center.He was born September 5, 1923 in Belleville, WV to the late Raymond C. and Dollie Mae Swain Buckley.He retired from the United States Postal Service as a mail carrier and was a U. S. Army, WWII Veteran.He received his High School Diploma from P. H. S. later in life as he left school early to join the Army.He was a lifelong dairy farmer, loved Holiday dinners, gardening and spending time with his family. He is survived by three sons, Kelsey David (Floretta) Buckley, Mark E. (Debra) Buckley, and Thomas A. (Cindy) Buckley all of Belleville, two daughters, Emily J. (Raymond) Bradley of Parkersburg and Naoma J. (Jim) Marks of Belleville, eleven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, two sisters, Edith (Bob) Powell of Columbus, Ohio and Kledyth (Howard) Knapp of Belleville and a special niece, Pamela (Bob) Deem of Parkersburg. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Velma Jane Wildman Buckley, a brother, Darrell Buckley and an infant son, Benjamin. Friends and Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Sunday, January 29, 2017 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg, WV with Reverend Michael Richards and Pastor Scott Stewart officiating.Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.Visitation will be on Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 3pm until 8 pm at the funeral home and also one hour prior to the funeral service on Sunday.There will also be a military service at the graveside.
