Norman Clark Reynolds, 69, of Terra Alta, Preston County, West Virginia, formerly of Parkersburg, died Saturday, June 9, 2018 at Hopemont State Hospital. He was born Tuesday, January 25, 1949 in Fort Worth, Texas, a son of the late Clinton R. and Ruth M. Flowers Reynolds. Norman is survived by one brother, Charles R. Reynolds of Parkersburg, In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, John Clinton Reynolds. Norman will be laid to rest in the Willow Island Cemetery 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 15, 2018.
