Milton S. Garrido

Milton S. Garrido, 67, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Thursday, June 1, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born at Parkersburg, a son of the late Eli and Louise Stroehmann Garrido. He was retired from the West Virginia Department of Transportation. He is survived by his sister, Pamela Lipscomb of Parkersburg. He had requested that there be no visitation or services.Arrangements are entrusted to the Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg.
