Michael F. Yonis

Michael Frederick Yonis, 66, of Belpre, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born June 9, 1955 in Beverly, Ohio, a son of the late Mike F. and Maxine L. Fridley Yonis. Michael was a U.S. Army veteran and a retired truck driver.He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Lynn Ross Yonis; a son, Michael F. Yonis, III (Jessica) of Marietta, Ohio; a step-granddaughter, Hailey Lynn Reynolds; four sisters; one brother; and father-in-law, Dallas Ross, Sr. of Belpre. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Virginia Ann Ross. It was Mike’s wishes to be cremated.Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vaughan-Kimes Funeral Home, 521 – 5th Street, Parkersburg.
