Melissa Faye Layman

Melissa Faye Layman, 48, of Parkersburg, WV passed away January 11, 2019 at The Willows Nursing Center.She was born December 6, 1970 in Wood County to Adath Coss and the late Paul Edward Layman.She was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School and had attended Pleasant View Baptist Church.She loved spending time with her family and watching movies. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a son, William (Trinity) Sprague of Harrisville, WV and a daughter, Victoria Blackford of Parkersburg, two grandchildren, Shawn and Skyla Sprague, two brothers, Allen (Tara) Layman of Vienna, WV and Paul Coss of Parkersburg, WV. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by a sister, Katherine Layman. A private Memorial Service is planned at the convenience of the family.
