Maxine Russell

R. Maxine Russell, 86, of Belpre, passed away October 12, 2015, at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born September 4, 1929, at Wadesville a daughter of the late Leander T. and Jeanetta Anderson Wigal. A graduate of Parkersburg High School and a member of the Belpre church of Christ. Maxine retired with 20 years of service from JC Penney, as a Merchandising Assistant, She also voluntered for St. Joseph's Hospital for 10 years at the reception desk. Survivors include her husband, William C. Russell; three sons, William E. Russell (Rayma) of Beaverton, Oregon, Mark A. Russell (Janie) of Crestline, Ohio and Mike S. Russell (Roberta) of Harvest, Ala.; five grandchildren, Angela Lee, Michael Russell, Jessika Casey, Chelsea Galloway and Allison Anglada; and Nine great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by 13 brothers and siters; and one grandson, Daniel Russell. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family at the Wigal Cemetery, Wadesville, W.Va.
