Mark O'Neal Marshall

Mark O’Neal Marshall, 62, of Parkersburg, passed away June 23, 2017, at his residence. He was born March 11, 1955, in Parkersburg to the late Roy and Hazel Clegg Marshall. He worked in Maintenance at the Federal Building. He is survived by two sister-in-laws, Trish Marshall of Parkersburg and Connie Marshall of Tuppers Plains, Ohio. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three brothers, Roger, Phillip and Steve Marshall. There will be no visitation or funeral service. Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth St., Parkersburg, is assisting the family with cremation.
