Lois Ann Hess

Lois Ann Hess, 87, of Vienna passed away at Camden Clark Hospital April 22, 2020. She was born June 5, 1932 in Parkersburg and is the daughter of the late Almeda and Everet Gant. She had worked for many years as a medical secretary, an Avon Representative and had served for the past several years as the Secretary of Local #259 of the American Federation of Musicians. She enjoyed going to the Vienna Senior Center, playing Bingo, cards, Train, Hand and Foot and Canasta; as well as spending time with her family. Left behind to cherish her memory, are her sons, Whitney Hess (Vicki) of Hurricane, Douglas Hess Jr. (Angela) of Belpre and Nathan Hess of Marietta; grandchildren, Willow, Shannon, Gavin and Xander Hess. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Douglas Hess Sr. Private services will be taking place due to the current health circumstances.
