Lois Anne Gatrell

Lois Anne Lynch Gatrell, 61, of Davisville, W.Va. took her first step into glory when she reached out and took Jesus' hand Saturday, February 13, 2016. Lois was a member of Murphytown Baptist Church and was a licensed E.M.T. having worked with the Ritchie County Ambulance Authority. She is survived by her husband, (Ernest) Bill Gatrell; two sons, Michael (Shilan) of California and Danny (Marlene) of Indiana; three daughters, Lori (Cody) of Davisville, W.Va., Jill (Daniel) of Mexico and Lona of Parkersburg, W.Va.; seven grandsons, Austin of Calif., Gage, Kaiden and Kylor of Parkersburg and Jayden, Jordan and Jaycob of Davisville; six granddaughters, Ashley of Calif.,Andrea and Madison of Indiana, Tierra of Columbus, Ohio and Sophia and Amaya of Mexico; one great-granddaughter, Isabella Teresa Marie Johnson of Calif.; two extra special sisters, Julia (Steve) McPeek of Parkersburg and Patsy (Delmar) Delo of Marietta, Ohio; and two special pet companions, Bo and Blu. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, James Darrell and Rosalie Mae Minear Lynch; four brothers, James Darrell Lynch, Jr., Sgt. Stephen Lynch, Randy Lynch, and Phillip Scott Lynch; and a grandson, Diante. In honoring Lois's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. The Vaughan Funeral Home and Crematory, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg, W. Va. is assisting the family with arrangements.
