Lillian Betty Spencer

Lillian Betty Spencer, 90, of Parkersburg passed away September 28, 2018 at the Parkersburg Care Center.She was born October 18, 1927 in Wood County to the late Russell V. and Adath Rhodes Whited.She was a Bookkeeper at WesBanco for over 25 years, a former member of South Parkersburg Women’s Club and a Christian by Faith. She is survived by two sons, Randy L. (Sara) Spencer and Robert O. (Joy) Spencer, II, one daughter, Judith A. (Hank) Somerville, seven grandchildren, Meredith, Adam, Justin, Chris, Samantha, Alexis and Ross, eight great-grandchildren, Paige, Evan, Chloe, Landon, Conner, Kylie, Maylee and Meadow, one great-great grandchild, Phoebe and one sister, Wanda (Bill) Campbell. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kimberly Spencer, two brothers, one of which is her twin, Louis Whited and Rusty Whited, four sisters, Marge Lyons, Mary Morris, Edna Marcellus and Ruth Pierre.
