Kevin Mcginnis

Kevin L. McGinnis, 64, of Vienna, passed away Thursday, April 25, 2019. He was born in Marietta, Ohio, the son of the late Leonard and Irene Cowger McGinnis. Kevin graduated in 1973 from Parkersburg High School and attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He loved music, played guitar, and was a World War II reenactor. Surviving are his wife of twenty years, Gail Graham McGinnis and many cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his aunt, Helen “Sis” Hissam and uncle, Paul Cowger. There will be no visitation or service. The Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is assisting with cremation arrangements. Placement of cremains will be in Sunset Memory Gardens, Chapel of Peace, at the convenience of the family.
