Kathleen M. Dailey, 77, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her residence. Per her wishes, she will be cremated. An Irish Wake will be at the convenience of the family.Arrangements have been entrusted to the Vaughan-Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth Street, Parkersburg.
