Judith Ann Fulks

Judith Ann Fulks, 64, of Parkersburg, W.Va.went home to be with the Lord on November 20, 2014 in the Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio. Judith was born in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Loy A. and Charlotte June Brant Snyder. She was a social worker and was Baptist by faith.Judith enjoyed sewing, crafting baskets and quilting. She is survived by her husband, C. David Fulks;two sons, Daniel David Fulks of Parkersburg and James Allen Fulks and wife, Katherine of Murphytown, W.Va.; and one grandson, Noah Allen Fulks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Joyce L. Tunstall; and one brother, Danny Lee Snyder. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 P.M. Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Vaughan Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Bob Naylor officiating.The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until time of services.Services will conclude with interment in the Snyder Cemetery near Creston, WV at 10:00 A.M. Monday.
