Juanita M. Tucker

Juanita M. Tucker, 83, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Friday, November 8, 2013 at Camden Clark Medical Center. Mrs. Tucker was born July 27, 1930 in Kanawha Co., W.Va., a daughter of the late John and Hazel Mowery Sewell. She was a homemaker and a member of Fellowship Baptist Church, Vienna, W.Va. She is survived by three daughters, Kathy A. Tucker of Parkersburg, W.Va., Cynthia (Clark) Whittaker of Lancaster, Ohio and Sonya (Greg) Blair of Apple Valley, Ohio; one son, James C. (Elaine) Tucker, Jr. of Wadesville, W.Va.; one sister, Helen Hood; two brothers, Roy Sewell and John Sewell; six grandchildren;and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death, in 2002, by her husband, James Clayton Tucker, Sr.; two brothers, Franklin Sewell and Norman Sewell; and an infant sister. Funeral services will be 1 P.M., Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg.Pastor Jon Lands will officiate and interment will follow in the Evergreen North Cemetery.The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.
