Jodi Nichole Rector

Jodi Nichole Rector, 36, of Vienna, went home to be with the Lord surrounded by her loved ones, on  Monday, July 15, 2024, at OSU Wexner Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio.

She was born in Marietta, Ohio, a daughter of Frank W. Rector II and Tracie Dallman. Jodi was a 2006 graduate of Parkersburg South High School, a 2008 graduate of West Virginia University at Parkersburg, and she worked in the medical field as an office assistant.

Jodi was a devoted mother above all else, a loving daughter, friend, and a professional prankster to all.

Those remaining to treasure her memory include her parents; sons, Ryker Wenzel and Lane Wenzel; sisters, Tabitha Fluharty and Kimberly Nguyen; brothers, Jason Trusty and Frankie Rector; maternal grandmother, Pat Dallman; fiancée, Travis Farrar; lifelong friend, Ashley Chutes; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted 6:00 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2024, at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home, 521 Fifth Street, Parkersburg with Pastor Chad Mugrage officiating. Her family will receive friends 4:00 p.m. until time of service Thursday.
