JESSIE J. NESSELROTTE Jessie Jane (Speece) Nesselrotte, 82, of Walker, WV passed away November 25, 2017 at Worthington Health Care Center.She was born July 29, 1935 to the late David Franklin and Dolly D. Smith Speece.She was a Crossing Guard for the City of Parkersburg and had previously worked for The Blennerhassett and also in Health Care.She loved flowers, gardening, canning and fishing. She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia (Howard) Powell, III of Parkersburg and Becky (Randy) Waggoner of Walker, WV, ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, one brother, Robert Speece of Parkersburg and one sister, Ruth Ann Minear of Vienna. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Nesselrotte, son, David Nesselrotte, three infant children, two brothers and three sisters. Friends and Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Pastor Tommy Blake officiating.Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery.Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm at the funeral home.
