Jean A. Blair

Jean Anne Blair, 68, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born March 7, 1947 in Long Beach, California, a daughter of the late Robert B., Jr. and Grace H. Iler Young. Jeanie was a self-employed certified respiratory therapist and a member of the Camden Avenue Church of Christ. She is survived by her husband, Daniel V. Blair, a son, Paul William Blair and wife, Julia, of Church Hill, Tenn.; a grandson, Solomon David Blair; a brother, Robert B. Young, III and wife, Beth, of Zambia, Central Africa; a brother-in-law, Tim Blair and wife, Cathy; and a sister-in-law, Pamela Phillips and husband, John. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, William A. Young. A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015 in Roberts Chapel at Ohio Valley University, 1 Campus View Drive, Vienna, WV 26105.Dr. Harold Shank and Mr. Jeff Dimick will officiate.
