Jacquelin J. Jones-Coulter, 91, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
She was born February 13, 1933, in Takoma Park, Maryland, a daughter of the late William M. and Lena M. Howell Hubbard.
Jacque was a homemaker and founder of Parkersburg Obedience Training Club, Treyacres Kennels, a member of the Blennerhassett Kennel Club, American Brussels Griffon Association, and a lifetime member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Dayne Thomas (Jeff) of Parkersburg; granddaughter, Tiffany Waybright (Jarrod) of Parkersburg; great-granddaughter, Madison Waybright; sisters, Mary Humphreys of Vienna, and Nancy Scott (Bill) of Donnellon, Florida; and brother, Jerry Hubbard of Parkersburg.
In addition of her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray C. Jones and second husband, Myron Coulter.
Her family would like to extend a special thank you to caregivers Kay Sampson, Kat Slone, Melissa Southall, and Abbe Ackman and the staff of Amedisys Hospice.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2024, at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1901 Park Avenue, Parkersburg, with Minister Daniel Morikone officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the Church on Thursday.
