Jack William Delancy

Jack William DeLancy, Sr., 76 of Davisville, WV passed away October 24, 2015 at his home. He was born September 26, 1939 in Parkersburg, a son of the late Giles R. and Gladys Weekley DeLancy. Jack was employed at Englander Bedding and was a U. S. Army Veteran and did three tours in Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Kathy L. DeLancy, two sons, Jack W. “Jackie” DeLancy, Jr. of Waverly, WV and Benjamin M. (Laura) DeLancyof Fleming, Ohio.Four Daughters, Vickie L. (Leroy) Lauderman of Williamstown, Miranda K. (Matthew) Prunty of Coolville, Ohio, Tessa M. DeLancy (Keith Robertson) of Belpre and Tricia L. (Jim) Heflin of Parkersburg.He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren and two nieces, Ginger Smith and Kim Forrester. In addition to his parents,he is predeceased by two brothers. There will be no visitation or funeral arrangements. Kimes Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Parkersburg is assisting the family.
