Isaac Edward Deems

Isaac Edward Deems, 86, of Smithville, WV passed away February 21, 2020 at Camden Clark Medical Center.He was born November 7, 1933 in McFarland, WV to the late George Washington and Verna Jenkins Deems.He was retired from the Military U. S. AirForce serving in the Korean and Vietnam Wars and also was a retired California Department of Corrections prison guard.He was a Union Member. Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife, Frances Lucille Bowers, a brother, Raymond Leon (Lola) Deems of Florida and a niece, Donna M. Gaines of Parkersburg. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Annis Sue Deems. A Private Military Service will take place at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Seville, Ohio.
