Hazel Lowe Moore

Hazel Lowe Moore, 79, of Parkersburg, WV, gained her Heavenly wings on Nov. 27, 2015, at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Hazel was born in Parkersburg, WV on Aug. 4, 1936, to the late Dulcie M. Lowe.She attended Parkersburg High School. She had been employed by the Chancellor Hotel, Jimbos restaurant, Mama Napolis and the VFW Post 1212, for over 30 years.She was an avid bowler winning several state competitions. Hazel loved to play bingo and spend time with her family.Hazel was the baby of nine children She is survived by two sisters Jackie Luther, Dayton, OH, and Bobbi Armstrong, Akron, OH Also surviving are her children, Gary(Pam) Shope of New Carlisle, Ohio, Mark (Sandy) Dye, Parkersburg,WV Pamela (and the late Scottie) King, Huntington, WV, Douglas (Emly) Dye, Springfield, Ohio, Karen Cochrane, South Hutchinson Island, Fl. Kevin (Pamela) Talbott, Parkersburg, WV, Janice (Rick) Nolan, Parkersburg, WV, Lyle Talbott, Santa Clarita, CA.Whom she loved dearly. Grandchildren, Jason (Amy) Shope, Huber Heights, OH, Amy (Nathan) Jones, Englewood, OH. Brooke (Kenny) Watkins, Mineral Wells, WV. Dennis (Melinda) Hutton ll, Parkersburg, WV, Carolann Dye, Columbus, OH, Chelby Dye, Springfield, OH. Jeremy Dye, Mineral Wells, WV. Channon (Nick) Dugas, Parkersburg, WV, Shaun Williams, Parkersburg, WV, Ryan Dye, Parkersburg, WV, Katherine Talbott, Salt Lake City, UT. And 13 great-grandchildren. She loved visiting with all her family and she will be very sadly missed by all. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Genevieve Loritsch, Naomi Showalter, Chessie Warren, Lucy Sands, Charylene Shope and one brother, Clyde Lowe. She also loved her very best friends, Janie (Basil) Philbrick, Patty Wright and Cathy Anderson Viewing and funeral will be at the Kimes Funeral Home 521 5th St Parkersburg, on Tuesday Dec.1, 2015. Viewing will be from 11am until time of services at 2pm. Interment will be in the Evergreen North Cemetery, following the service.
