The cowboy rode off into the sunset on May 15, 2016.Gregory Allen Berry,68, of Parkersburg, W.Va. was born December 17, 1947, a son of Janice Berry of Pennsylvania and the late Stanley Berry. Greg was retired from the former Johns Manville plant and was a member of The Memorial Church Of The Good Shepherd. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Nell Marie Berry; four children, Maurice Audette of Wichita, Kansas, Joan Tallhamer (Joel) of Smyrna, Delaware, Melissa Stine of Parkersburg and Gregory Berry, II; seven grandchildren, Naomi Titus and Nicholas Audette of Fla., Nicole Hays (Matthew) of Huntington, W.Va.,Fredrick Montgomery, II of Calif., Preston Tallhamer (Kelly) and Larissa Tallhamer, both of Dover, Delaware and Destiny Berry of St. Marys, W.Va.; two great-grandchildren, Zoey and Wesley; and four siblings. Funeral services will be 2 P.M., Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg.The Reverend Marjorie Bevans will officiate.The family will receive friends one hour before service time at the funeral home.
