Glenna T. Scott

Glenna Theodocia Scott, 92, of Parkesburg passed away August 21, 2020 at Worthington Nursing Home. She was born April 2, 1928 in Wood County and is the daughter of the late Pete K. and Flora Jane Reeder Brown. Glenna was a member of the Mt. Pleasant U.M.C. where she was a custodian for years. Glenna also belonged to the Homemaker’s Club of Mineral Wells and volunteered for Senior Citizen Meals at the Mineral Wells Community Building. She also enjoyed canning and quilting. Left behind to cherish her memory, are her sons, David Scott (Lois) and Clarence Scott (Joyce) both of Mineral Wells; four grandchildren, Jennifer Boyce (Justin), Richard Scott (Reneé), Lori Shepard (Justin) and David T. Scott (Jessie Collins); and six great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Scott; twin infant brother Glen; brothers, Raymond and Richard Brown; a sister, Georgia Hickman and a great-grandson, Matthew.
