George Roy Schultz

George Roy Schultz, 83, of Vienna passed away on November 18, 2019 in Morgantown, WV. He was born December 27, 1935 in wood County, WV and is the son of late Roy and Virginia Green Schultz. George worked construction for many years and attended church at the Camden Avenue Church of Christ. He belonged to the Home Builders Ass., NRA and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Left behind to cherish his memory, is his wife, Bernita “June” Freels Schultz; son, Terry Schultz (Lisa) of Rockport, WV; daughters, Cindy Rebel of Parkersburg and Sharon “Bob” Murray of Vienna; six grandchildren, five great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his late wife, Dorothy Evelyn Fordyce Schultz; two sisters, Ruth Carpenter and Mary Mick. Services will be Friday, November 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Kimes Funeral Home 521 5th Street Parkersburg, WV 26101 with Elder Glen Cottrill officiating with burial to follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery in Mineral Wells, WV. Visitation will be Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 5-7:00 PM at the funeral and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
