Garnetta Jane Dotson

Garnetta Jane Dotson, 88, of Parkersburg passed away peacefully at home on March, 25, 2016. She was born on September 21, 1927 to the late Alvin Bruce and Florence Faye Gay Swisher. She graduated Cairo High School and was a Switchboard Operator for Camden Clark Hospital.She also loved crocheting and gardening. Garnetta is survived by her daughter, Pamela Dotson of Parkersburg, WV and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William Albert Dotson, and her son, William F. Dotson, II and several brothers and sisters. There will be no services.Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg is assisting the family with cremation.
