Freda Mae Smith of Roanoke, AL formerly of Parkersburg passed away February 25,2016 She was born on May 10, 1926 in Mineral Wells, WV and raised in Rockport, a daughter of the late Pet Adrian Brown and Myrtle Jane(Wildman) Brown She is preceded in death by her first husband Bernie D. Smith and her second husband Regis H. Schaad. Brothers Hubert C. Brown and Lloyd E. (Jack) Brown and Sister Thelma I (Brown) Bennett She is survived by her daughter Karen(Steve) Bunner of Roanoke, AL with whom she has Been residing, Her Granddaughter Aimee(Kevin) Lott of Parkersburg. Her Beloved brother Robert (Lois) Brown of Tennessee. She retired fro Dils Brother Department Store after many years of service. She loved bowling and received many awards for her accomplishments She also loved square-dancing, where she met her second husband and they had 10 Very happy years together before his passing. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her, As well as CoCo the Jack Russell Terrier who sat on her lap every day and loved his Granny dearly. By her request there will be no viewing, a grave side service will be held at Parkersburg Memorial Gardens(IOOF Cemetery) on Monday February 29 at 10 AM. With Pastor BrianHarrell officiating.
