FRANKLIN EUGENE “BUD” FREDERICK Franklin Eugene “Bud” Frederick, 74, of Parkersburg passed away May 7, 2018 at his home with his family by his side.He was born June 28, 1943 in Belpre, Ohio to the late Thomas V. and Edith Hughes Frederick.He was aU. S. Army Veteran and belonged to the American Legion Post #15. He is survived by his wife, Capitola Frederick, a son, Buddy Frederick of Belpre, Ohio, two daughters, Shamie (Anthony) Bo of Long Island, NY and Christina (Patricia) Parrish of Vienna, WV, five grandchildren, Triston, Maya Grace, Giuliana, Isabella and Vincent and a great-grandchild, Paisleigh and two sisters, Cindy Pollock of St. Petersburg, FL and Carol Feuer also of St. Petersburg, FL. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Paul and Robert Frederick and one sister, Teresa Frederick. There will be no visitation.A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg is assisting the family with cremation.
