Frances Louise Woolard

Frances Louise Woolard, 76, of Parkersburg passed away April 26, 2019 at Camden Clark Medical Center after a long illness.She was born March 2, 1943 in Parkersburg to the late Francis and Louise Gorko Bayer.She was a Catholic by Faith and a wonderful homemaker.She loved her family, animals, flower gardening, camping and the outdoors. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Kevin Woolard, a son, Louis Carl Shields of Parkersburg, three daughters, Renee Harvey, Mary Ann Dotson, both of Parkersburg and Rebecca Dawn (Edward) Bacorn of Elizabeth, eleven grandchildren, Kyle, Jacob, Joshua, Jessica, Jenni, Leanna, Christopher, Rebecca, Candy, Kayla and Kevin, fifteen great-grandchildren and three sisters. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Frank Bayer, one sister, Dorothy Guarnez and one grandchild, Delilah Reynolds. Donations may be made to the Parkersburg Humane Society. The Funeral Service will be Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg.Burial will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery.Visitation will be on Monday, April 29, 2019 from 4 p. m.to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
