Frances L. Sams

Frances Louise Sams, 72, of Casselberry, Fla.passed away April 30, 2014 at Hospice of the Comforter, Maitland, Fla. She is survived by her husband, James Sams; a daughter Natalie Kincheloe ; two granddaughters, Haley and Lindsay Kincheloe of Orlando, Fla.; and sisters,Anne Taylor of Cincinnati, Ohio, Reita Miller of Stow, Ohio and Eileen Conley of Chester, Va. She was preceded in death by two sons, James Sams, II and Michael Sams of Anchorage, Alaska;and parents, Francis and Louise Goudy of Parkersburg, W.Va. She grew up in Parkersburg, attended Parkersburg Catholic Schools and attended St. Margaret Mary Church.The family lived in Vincent, Ohio for many years before moving to Florida in 2004.Frances was retired from United National Bank. A memorial service will be held 1:30 p.m., Sunday, May 25, 2014 at the Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg, W.Va.Following the Memorial Service there will be a reception at the Knights of Columbus, 1010 Market Street, Parkersburg, W.Va. A private burial service with the family will be held at Mt.
