Floyd Marion Chaddock

Floyd Marion “Bud” Chaddock, 92, of Washington, WV passed away April 1, 2018 at the Willows Center.He was born March 4, 1926 in Parkersburg to the late James Walter and Georgia Munday Chaddock.He was a member of the South Parkersburg Baptist Church and was an Operating Engineer for the Local #132.He was a United States Marine Corp Veteran in World War II, a Member of the Masonic Lodge #3, the Nemesis Temple, American Legion Post #15 and was a past member of the 32nd Degree Scottish Rite and was also a Sprint car and Super Modified Race Car Driver. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Carolyn Chaddock, one son, Floyd Scott (Erica) Chaddock of Parkersburg, two daughters, Elizabeth Ann Chaddock and Marion Sue Chaddock both of Parkersburg, two grandchildren, Hayden Scott Chaddock and Breece Nicole Chaddock of Parkersburg, two brothers, Leo “Dinger” (Sandy) Chaddock of Parkersburg, and Robert James (Virginia Lee) Chaddock of Davisville and one sister, Rosalie Scott of Parkersburg. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Betty Dye. Friends and Family are invited to attend the funeral service on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Kimes Funeral Home, 521 5th St., Parkersburg with Pastor Adam Paff officiating.Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 2pm to 4 pm and 6pm to 8 pm at the funeral home.
