Jean Coe, 90, formerly of Parkersburg passed away August 19, 2017 in Titusville, FL. Jean was born in Ellenboro, WV to the late Hugh and Ada (Riggs) Ball on September 2, 1926. Jean retired from the Internal Revenue Service in Parkersburg and was a Harrisville High School graduate. She is survived by her two sons, Steve Coe of Titusville, FL and Darrell (Kim) Coe of Parkersburg, her three daughters, Becky (Bob) Sands and Beverly Coe of Parkersburg and Judy (Delbert) Gregg of Huntersville, NC, her brother, Don Ball of Parkersburg, her grandchildren, Amanda (Tim) Sears, Jeremy (Aury) Sands, Derek Becker, Travis (Ashley) Gregg, Corey and Chase Coe and nine great-grandchildren, her sister-in-law, Kay Tolley of Virginia and brother-in-law, Walter Coe of Texas and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Caanan Counts Coe, her sisters, Mary Edith Ball and Doris Ann Hayes, and her brother, Clifford Ball, her great-granddaughter, Harlee Ann Becker who passed away two days before her. Per her request, there will be a graveside service only at Evergreen North Cemetery on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. with Pastor Scott Stewart officiating.
