Elizabeth I. Holleron

Elizabeth I. Holleron, 72, of Parkersburg, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, at Camden Clark Medical Center.

She was born August 18, 1951, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Paul and Nellie Winland Holleron.

Elizabeth was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School and worked over 30 years for the Bureau of Public Debt. She volunteered with Packs of Plenty (a back-pack program) in Ritchie County for 13 years and enjoyed cross stitch, traveling, shopping, and doting on her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by one sister, Nancy Holleron of Parkersburg; brother, Paul Glen Holleron Jr. and his wife, Gail of Cairo; nieces and nephews, Paul Glen Holleron III (Jessica Ashworth), Matthew E. Holleron (Samantha), and Abigail Lee Owens (Donny); great nieces, Emma Jolene Holleron and Emma Lou Owens; and great nephews, Lucas Matthew Holleron and Kaden Owens.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Vaughan Kimes Funeral Home with her brother officiating. Her family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Thursday evening, June 27, 2024, and Friday, June 28, 2024, 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Evergreen South Cemetery at her family’s convenience.
