Earlene "Gay" Dunbar, 88, of Marietta, Ohio, passed away at her residence on January 5, 2016. She was born February 16, 1927 to the late Earl O. Gilmore and Lotus J. Clark Isobaker. Earlene was a Photo Finisher and worked for Premier, Best, PhotoMat and Kodak companies. She loved reading her bible. She is survived by her son, Kerry (Rhonda) Dunbar of Coolville, Ohio; her two daughters, Shannon (Ron) Stutler of Coolville, Ohio and Dawn Jones of Marietta, Ohio; six grandchildren, Christy, Stacey, Casey, Christopher, Joshua and Leigh; eleven great-grandchildren; and twelve great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Bess Jones of Monroe, Oregon. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her infant daughter, Donna B. Dunbar; and her husband, Worthey "Sonny" Dunbar. A memorial service is planned for Thursday, January 7, 2016, at 1 p.m., at Washington United Methodist Church on DuPont Road, Washington, W.Va., with the Rev. Dr. Tom McDowell officiating. At her request, her ashes will be scattered in the Mojave Desert of Southern California.
